Workout Wednesday

Running Tips: 1. You should select the proper running shoes. 2. Your running form is very important for preventing injuries. Always keep your chin up and imagine someone is pulling you from the chest with a string. Your fingers should be slightly touching as if you had a potatoe chip between them and you do not want to break it.When you land on your feet you should land on your heal and role your feet to the top portion of your foot to push off. 3. You should always drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. 4. You should do strength training with your legs, ankle, and feet to help prevent injuries. 5. Do not wear cotton shirts, shorts, or socks because they may cause bleeding due to the friction created when running. Use coolmax alta polyester.
