Lifestyle:
In order to be successful in any excersise, diet, or financial goals it has to become part of your lifestyle and who you are. If your goal is to get into shape or to lose weight and you just join a program and do not incorperate what you learn into your daily routine then after the program you will just go back to your old lifestyle and all of your money, efforts, and time will be waisted.
