Three Easy Steps
To Fit A Workout In Your Workweek!
1. Look at your workweek and place time on your
calendar for a workout (Plan your work, work your plan). It can be a 30 min or an hour workout, whatever you can squeeze in your day.
2. Plan your workout wear for the week.
3. Set out your workout clothes the night before. If you
work out at a gym have your gym bag prepared with all the things you will need.
