Managing Time Tip:
To be most effective with your time you should spend most of your time in the planning state of mind.
For example if you want time to go to work, fit in excersise, and spend time with family on Wednesday, then on Tuesday night you should plan your day. You should pick out your work clothes, pack your gym bag with everything you need to work out in, and plan the time you will spend with the family. If you do this then on Wednesday you do not waiste time because everything is prepared.
