Andres Mejia Vallejo has rapidly become a promising Latin figure of International recognition. He is best known for his debut on Apple TV Plus "Ghostwriter; where he plays Young Grandpa Ernesto. He's also known for his appearance on The CW's "Jane the Virgin", where he plays Arturo.
His upbringing was highly influenced by music, literature, sports and arts. Raised by his mother, a professional competitive triathlete, musician and linguist, Andres grew up in an environment of discipline, work ethic and effort. From piano studies to speed-skating. From literature to arts & crafts. From theater to writing, sculpting and swimming, dance class, speech lessons, grammar lessons, to power naps and A grades. He enjoyed the high-paced learning environment of his childhood. "I was very stimulated as a kid", Andres says.
The actor currently resides between Los Angeles and Colombia where he continues to develop an international career in all aspects of production, business and motivational work. He's now part of a Non Profit organization and along with the exposure that he gets thanks to his acting career, he works with other people to bring awareness and help.
He speaks fluent English and Spanish and holds dual citizenship.
