Soccer (Football)

History of Soccer: Eventhough modern soccer evolved from rugby, a major distinction stands between the two. In soccer the feet are not only used for kicking but also for controlling and moving the ball. During the second part of the 19th century in England, rugby as well as most sports experienced a massive boost in popularity. This was mostly in affect of the Industrial Revolution, which drew people in cities and factories, depriving them from outdoor activities. Soccer as we know it today was molded in the 1960s. Increased media coverage and TV broadcasts made the game far more popular than it ever was.

Important Facts About The Penis
Erections Before a male has an ogasm and ejaculates, his penis gets hard. During an erection, the blood vessels in the spongy tissue of the penis fill with blood. This causes the penis to become stiff and stand out from the body. An erection can happen very quickly, in response to physical stimulation, sexual thoughts, or nothing at all. When a penis gets erect, it also gets longer and wider, and may even change color. Some penises are quite straight when erect, others are slightly curved, or even bent.Impotence Impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction, is the failure to attain or maintain an erection firm enough for intercourse. Most men experience erectile failures, usually because they are tired, stressed, or intoxicated. Causes of long-term erectile dysfunction include: -Blockage in the arteries -Diabetes - Side effects of medications -Kidney or liver failure -Hormoanl abnormalities -Alcoholism and drug abuse Techniques for the Control of Ginital Muscles The cremasterian muscle is the muscle surrounding the testicles and its contractions bring the testicles closer to the penis. This muscle contributes to the process of thermoregulation, with an essential role in the spermatogenesis. During the times of intense excitation, this muscle draws the testicles towards the penis and places the spermatic channels so that the sperm might come out. These muscles are easy to feel and control. Here is a simple technique for the control of this muscle: 1. Awareness stage: First, locate this important muscle. Stand with soles a little spread, close your eyes and focus your attention on the scrotum, opening up to the sensations that appear from this area. 2. Control stage: After locating this muscle, contract it and then relax at will. Perseverant practice may lead you to a full control over this "bag" holding the testicles. If practices for a period will definately contribute to the awakening, stimulation and control of the sexual energy, ensuring you with a satisfactory, strong erection.
