pwfm Timely Tuesday - Road Trips
Saving Time During Road Trips!
Most road trips involve travel intensive itinerary aimed at covering maximum number of places in minimum possible time. During such trips, it becomes critical to save every possible minute, to be able to make the most of it. When in large groups, time is usually lost in leisure, refreshments and getting ready.Saving time at Restaurants:
On entering a restaurant, first place the order, then go to washroom etc. This way food gets ready while you refresh. Else about 10-30 minutes will be lost by the time everyone gets fresh and another 20-30 minutes for the food to arrive, resulting in additional time loss
Do not wait for everyone to finish and wash hands to ask for the bill. Do it when almost done, so that some time can be saved in bill settlement
Saving time at tourist places:
While visiting tourist places like parks, museums etc which are large by area, team members easily get separated as each one might take different direction, time to cover the place. While visiting such places, before starting identify rendezvous point and time, so that everyone can re-unite at the identified point (may be parking area/food court etc). Also define what needs to be done if someone causes major delay (should he come to next destination on his own etc). This saves time otherwise spent in locating other team members or waiting for everyone to finish.
Itinerary planning:
Do not leave an itinerary open- Identify all the places to be visited and the sequence before the trip, share among participants, get buy-in, cross check if the same is feasible based on distance and time factors and freeze it. Once freezed, stick to it unless absolutely necessary to modify. Trying to decide something on the ground can be chaotic due to difference of opinions and preferences.
Sequence in which places are to be visited also plays a key role in saving time.
Also set the objectives for the trip- is it say visiting as many places as possible or focusing on one or two main attractions or leisure stay at the destination or something like that
Optimizing itinerary:
Know the opening and closing time of tourist places and plan accordingly. Some open places (park, beach etc) can be open all the time and can be covered early morning or late evening. Places like museums might have specific timings. Highly popular tourist places are best visited during early hours of its opening, before crowd pours in. Activities like shopping can be done in evening
Travel in the night where possible:
Take night train/early morning/late evening flights-this saves the day time which can be used for visiting tourist places.
Have backup location/activity in mind- will be useful when a venue is not yet open or closed for tourists.

pwfm Money Monday - Millionaire
What’s Stopping You From Becoming a Millionaire?
If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming a millionaire, then consider this: The average worker earning $10 an hour – that’s slightly more than minimum wage - will earn more than a million dollars over their lifetime! So what’s stopping you from getting there faster? Here’s a list of possible reasons you’re NOT a millionaire, according to the experts:
•First: You care what other people have. For example: You see that your neighbor has a new barbeque grill, and suddenly you want one too! Jeffrey Strain is a financial advisor who says if you’re trying to impress people with material possessions, then you’re wasting your money, when you could be saving it and building wealth.
•You’re impatient. Strain says if you have credit card debt, that usually means you bought something before you could really afford it. The reality is that people who wait to buy things with cash generally end up with more money in the bank.
•You have no goals. Studies have shown that people who set financial goals are more likely to attain them. So come up with a plan for saving money to buy a house, go back to school, or to retire.
•You don’t have insurance. Financial advisor Strain says bad things can happen to even the most careful people. So if you haven’t prepared for disaster with homeowner’s, car, and medical insurance, then a lifetime of savings can disappear in an instant.
•You rely on others to take care of your money. I’ve got two words for you: Bernie Madoff. Experts say it’s okay to listen to other people’s money advice, but never let others make money decisions for you. Millionaires do lots of research, and they never put their money into get-rich-quick schemes, or businesses they don’t understand.

He began acting professionally in the early 2000s, and became known to young audiences after his roles in the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical, the WB series Summerland, and the 2007 film version of the Broadway musical Hairspray. In 2007, before the release of High School Musical 2, Rolling Stone declared him the "poster boy for tweenyboppers" and featured him in their late August 2007 issue. Efron has since starred in the films 17 Again, Me and Orson Welles, and Charlie St. Cloud. Efron was born in San Luis Obispo, California, and later moved to Arroyo Grande, California. pwfm Thought for Thursday - Going Vegan
Thinking About Going Vegan?
Veganism isn’t just for hippies anymore! Hollywood celebrities, like Ellen DeGeneres and Tobey McGuire, are going vegan to slim down and get healthy. According to the National Restaurant Association, the hot new trend in the restaurant world is vegan entrees. However, veganism is still on the fringe for many eaters, so let’s see if we can bring it into the mainstream. Here are the answers to some common questions about vegans.
•How is being vegan different from being a vegetarian? The main difference is vegetarians avoid eating animals, while vegans don’t eat anything that even comes from an animal. That includes thing like honey, eggs and milk.
•Why bother? The truth is going vegan can be a hassle; you can’t just slap together a cheese sandwich when you’re hungry. The health benefits can be huge. Studies have shown that vegans have lower cholesterol and blood pressure and a lower risk for diabetes and some cancers. Why? Because vegans usually eat less saturated fat and more nutrients, fiber and vitamins. They also tend to eat fewer processed foods, which is where most of us get the bulk of the sodium, sugar and fat that we consume.
•Vegans also tend to weigh about 15% less than non-vegans, which is about 25 pounds on average. Not all of them. There is such a thing as a junk-food vegan. Think about it: there are no animal products in chips, and cookies made with coconut oil are technically vegan but they’re also high in calories, corn syrup and saturated fat. If you go vegan to lose weight, you need to fill up on healthy proteins like beans and tofu and eat junk-vegan food in moderation.
•Since vegans don’t eat animal protein, they miss out on some essential nutrients and can become anemic and lethargic. You can make up for it by eating a variety of fruits and veggies for essential nutrients, and soy and legumes for protein, iron and zinc. You might also need to eat nuts and flax seeds for vitamin B-12, an important nutrient that keeps you cells operating properly and is usually found in fish and eggs. pwfm Timely Tuesday - Energy Zappers
Do You Face a Mid-Afternoon Energy Slump Every Day?
Do you hit a wall - every day at about 3pm? Well, you may have come to expect that late-afternoon drag, but you don’t have to! Here are a few ways to solve your energy crisis, courtesy of the researchers at Woman’s Day magazine.
•First energy zapper: Eating too much at once. Gloria Tsang is a registered dietician, and she says that consuming a big meal will always cause a dip in energy later on, but that effect is most noticeable in the afternoon - because the slump happens at that run-for-the-vending-machine hour: 3 o’clock. Here’s what happens: You fill up on a carb and calorie-rich lunch and - as nutrients are absorbed by your body - excess glucose is dumped into your bloodstream. Then, your body releases insulin to process all that sugar, wearing you out. Tsang says a better idea is to spread out what and how much you eat throughout the day, to keep energy levels steady.
•Next energy zapper: Poor posture. Pia Martin is a chiropractor in San Diego, and she says that when you sit at a desk for long periods, you tend to slump forward, leading to rounded shoulders and a tilted lower spine. Your muscles contract, and blood flow is impaired. This limits the amount of oxygen to your brain, which means a drop in energy. So, sit up straight, keep your shoulders down, and adjust your computer screen so your eyes gaze at the middle of it.
•One last energy drain: Toxic indoor air. Humming copy machines, synthetic carpeting - even the desks in your office may be contributing to the load of toxins you breathe each day! That’s because all of these release chemicals into the air. Dr. Frank Lipman, a physician in New York City and author of Spent: End Exhaustion and Feel Great, says that toxins build up over time and can drain your energy - by interfering with thyroid function and overloading your body’s detox system. So, if you’re feeling tired, go outside for 10 minutes to breathe fresh air, and indoors, keep plants around, which are great at absorbing toxins. Also, if you’re home during the day, don’t wear shoes into the house. They drag pesticides and other harmful chemicals inside.

Colby Taylor, Zach Richards
Proving he can deliver the goods, paperboy Zach Richards humps Colby Taylor while getting his asshole fingered. Zack peels Colby's jeans off, pulls the massive cock out and sucks it down his throat. He then pays homage to Colby's ass, eating it out. Zach then climbs aboard Colby's face and gets reamed, his hole twitching with excitement and aching for some plundering. So laying back on the couch, Zach spreads his legs wide apart and Colgy thrusts his hard cock inside. Zach flips around and Colby continues the ass-packing. Sitting side by side, the two jocks stroke themselves to orgasm.
pwfm Money Monday - Anything for a Buck
Some Criminals Will Do Anything for a Buck
The latest tricks criminal use to separate you from your hard-earned money:
•First up: Disaster-relief scams. Debbie Dujanobic is a Public Affairs Specialist with the FBI. She says that emails asking for money to help victims of Japan’s earthquake and tsunami – or any other natural disaster – are aimed at your heart, but are often just attempts to steal your money, your identity, or both. You don’t just need to be careful online. According to the Better Business Bureau, crooks are likely to text, tweet and even go door-to-door to profit from the disaster. Want to help? Contact a reliable organization on your own.
•Another rip-off that’s common because of high unemployment: Unsolicited job offers. David Vladeck is the Director of the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. He says the scams come in all shapes and sizes, but the bottom line remains the same: Companies that are on the level don’t contact anyone with job offers unless you contact them first. Legitimate companies never charge up-front fees, or ask for personal information, like your Social Security Number before putting you on the payroll.
•Finally: Beware of fake anti-virus software. According to one study, these scams are up more than 500%! It starts with a pop-up window warning that your computer is infected. If you click on the link, it’ll either download your personal information or demand a payment to register the fake product. Luckily, the answer to this one is simple: Don’t click on anything – and reboot your browser.
